You must read Gray's new book called "Straw Dogs"…it is one of the best animal rights books that isn't an animal rights book. Rather than argue about why animals deserve rights the book makes a more profound statement by explaining how humans have been living the illusion that they are not animals.
His book basically makes the case that humans are no different than pigeons or pigs. We are all the same when we honestly look at the big picture.
